Marketplace-Focused Product, Campaign and Growth Management
4 February 2026 | Projects
Summary:
To ensure sustainable growth in its marketplace and online sales channels, Chakra, a strong brand in the Home & Living category, implemented a comprehensive marketplace management and category development project. As part of the project, the product portfolio, price-volume balance, campaign strategies, and operational processes were addressed holistically, resulting in increased sales volume, profitability, and inventory efficiency.
Case Study:
Chakra offers a wide product range, primarily spanning textiles, home decor, tableware & kitchen, and bathroom categories. In order to manage these products effectively across marketplaces and online channels, the following core needs came to the forefront:
-
Intense Competitive Landscape: Aggressive price and campaign competition driven by online-exclusive collections from brands such as English Home, Madame Coco, Zara Home and Bella Maison.
-
Price and Campaign Imbalance: Fluctuations in profitability and sales volume when the correct price–quantity balance is not established at the product level.
-
Stock and Operational Efficiency: Stock accumulation and low inventory turnover in underperforming product groups.
-
Campaign Effectiveness: The need to measure the actual sales contribution of campaign and coupon mechanics.
Our Solution
The work was structured around a "Right Product – Right Price – Right Campaign – Right Channel" approach.
1. Competitor and Price Positioning Analysis
-
The online-exclusive collections of English Home, Madame Coco, Zara Home and Bella Maison were examined in detail.
-
Product-level price points, campaign intensity and competitive actions were analyzed to establish reference price benchmarks for Chakra.
2. Product & Campaign Structuring
-
Based on the competitive insights obtained, single-price campaign structures were implemented in coordination with Chakra's Planning team.
-
A scalable and sustainable price–quantity balance was established to boost sales volume during campaign periods.
3. Marketplace Operations and Performance Management
-
Regular operations and performance meetings were held with the Chakra team twice a week, managing order, stock, campaign and advertising processes end to end.
-
Weekly campaign and coupon performances were analyzed, scaling mechanics that contributed to sales and profitability while optimizing underperforming structures.
4. Sales Planning and Target Management
-
Monthly revenue targets, growth expectations and campaign calendars were planned at the beginning of each month.
-
Sales priorities were clarified by taking seasonal opportunities and peak periods into account.
5. Segment-Based Campaign and CRM Approach
-
Segment-based coupon initiatives were implemented through Brand Center based on customer behavior and basket structure.
-
Sales growth was achieved by scaling campaigns in segments with high conversion rates.
6. Influencer and Marketing Integration
-
Influencer collaborations were planned in alignment with campaign periods.
-
Content calendar, product selection and performance tracking processes were managed end to end.
